Lumavi stands behind the quality of its devices. This Warranty Policy describes the coverage we provide on Lumavi products.
2-Year Limited Warranty
Lumavi warrants that its devices, when purchased from our official store and used normally according to the included instructions, are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the original date of purchase.
Who Is Covered
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser who bought the device directly from Lumavi's official store. It is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners. Products bought from unauthorized sellers are not covered.
What Is Covered
Defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal, intended use during the warranty period. If we validate your claim, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the device with a new or equivalent refurbished unit at no charge.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the instructions.
- Exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or liquid beyond the device's stated rating.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or service by anyone other than Lumavi.
- Normal wear and consumable parts (such as batteries or surface coatings) that naturally diminish over time, unless they fail due to a defect.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email support.lumavi@gmail.com with a description of the issue, clear photos or video of the defect, and your proof of purchase. If your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions and resolve it promptly.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumavi is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product. This warranty gives you specific rights; you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
