We want your Lumavi order to reach you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, and related details.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. From time to time we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support.lumavi@gmail.com and we will help if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
