We want you to love your Lumavi device. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of your purchase, subject to the conditions below.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return and refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. To keep your return eligible, the device must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, undamaged and in resellable condition.
Before You Return
- Request approval first: contact us at support.lumavi@gmail.com to start your return. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Order cancellations: you can cancel an order within one business day of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled but may be returned under this policy.
Return Shipping Costs
For non-defective returns (for example, change of mind), the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products returned more than 30 days after purchase.
- Products missing parts, packaging, or accessories.
- Products with physical damage or clear signs of misuse.
- Products that are soiled or have foreign odors.
- Products not purchased from Lumavi's official store.
Full Refund Situations
You are eligible for a 100% refund if the product arrives faulty or damaged, you received the wrong model or color, or your order is canceled before it ships.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the outcome within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear.
